The Circ Bar is the only Ann Arbor bar with unobstructed views of the sunset on the Roof Deck. Inspired by the building’s inherent character, the connecting Lounge bar blends historic charm with modern touches, featuring transparent window panels connecting indoor and outdoor spaces for evenings under the stars.

Ideal for: Happy Hour, Wedding Welcome Parties, Casual Get-Togethers

Get the best of both worlds with this indoor/outdoor space. These two spaces are always rented together and features outdoor picnic tables, indoor and outdoor cocktail rounds, indoor benches, terrace garden & built-in outdoor benches, fireplace, full bar. This space is not large enough to bring in additional tables and chairs.

*If renting this space alone, we cannot book more than 75 guests; in the event of inclement weather, 125 cannot all fit into the Lounge.
