The below floor plans are meticulously designed to be as close to scale as possible, ensuring an accurate representation of our space. With every private event rental, a floor plan consultation is included. Our venue coordinator will provide valuable feedback on your proposed layout, helping you make the most of our venue’s features. Additionally, if you desire a more customized approach, for an additional fee you can opt for our coordinators to design your floor plan, tailoring it to your specific vision and needs.

Note: all floor plans are oriented so the top is North, the right side is East, and so on…

The building faces South 1st Street to the East. There is a loading zone right out front for temporary parking and additional parking lots nearby. See here for a parking map.
